Asafaq Alam has been handed death sentence for sexually assaulting and murdering a 5-year-old child in Kerala’s Aluva. Asafaq Alam handed death sentence by Ernakulum additional district sessions court along with five counts of life sentences for the remainder of his natural life. Alam had kidnapped the 5-year-old child from near her home in Aluva on July 28 and killed her after a few hours.
