My fitness journey started over 15 years ago. I know a lot of people look at my social media and think I must have been some good looking cool cat back in the day. But that couldn't be further from the truth. When I was 15-16 years old, I was chubby. I was lanky. I had a nice set of braces in. Hated taking the shirt off down the beach. I actually owned a rash vest at the time and yeah, Safe to say my overall self-confidence was an all time low. And I decided something needed to change. So I got my arse in the gym and started lifting weights. 6 to 12 months of consistency paired with a whole heap of hard work, you know, created a body transformation that honestly changed my life forever. I started getting some attention from girls. I nailed my final years of schooling and I went on to play semi professionally and represent my state in football. The biggest thing that took me to the next level was getting access to some amazing mentors and coaches when I moved to Melbourne. Not only with my fitness and football, but in regard to what I believed I could achieve moving forward in my life. The message out of it this that I wanna share with you guys is that fitness is more than just the abs fitness is more than just fitness. The same things it takes to be successful in fitness are the same things it takes to be successful in life. The principles of HARD WORK, CONSISTENCY & BECOMING 1% BETTER EVERY DAY. If you apply those principles to your life, you will be surprised with what you can actually achieve. Especially when you have the right support. TC
