Former Union Mine drama teacher Ryan Michael Pullen was sentenced to a year in the El Dorado County Jail and two years’ probation after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography and child abuse. The sentencing was read aloud to a silent courtroom at the El Dorado County Superior Court. His entire case began after he sent a video by mistake. Pullen was a Union Mine High School drama teacher in the El Dorado area near Diamond Springs, according to the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office.
