立命館大学理工学部では、「日本国際教育大学連合」に参加し、マレーシアツイニングプログラムを実施しています。このプログラムはマレーシア国内で一定の日本語および理工系基礎教育をうけた学生を、3年次編入生（マレーシア政府派遣留学生）としてとして、受入れています。 このマレーシア政府派遣留学生候補者向けに実施している大学説明会での在学生からのメッセージを紹介します。 Ritsumeikan University College of Science and Engineering has participated in Malaysia twinning program as a member of JUCTe, Registered Non-Profit Organization Japanese University Consortium for Transnational-education. This program is to accept Malaysian students who received education of fundamental engineering and Japanese language in the initial two and half years as senior students (international students dispatched from Malaysian government).
