I received a request to make a video with some pointers about 534 and 7531 in mills mess. As with all my tutorial videos, I tried to explain every step necessary to learn the final trick(s). One important thing I forgot to mention in this video: While juggling 534 or 522 or 531 in mills mess, it is important to make every 5 land near the center of your body. If the 5s go too wide, it is fairly easy to correct, but it's best to make them land near the center of the pattern.
