A mom accused of pimping her 13-year-old daughter to men in exchange for drugs has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. Kimberly Breeden and her boyfriend, Alvin Overman, have pleaded guilty to seven counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and seven counts of incest. Tullahoma police launched an investigation in 2012 that led to charges against men who allegedly had sex with the girl in exchange for crack cocaine, marijuana and alcohol. Breeden was also accused of having sex with her daughter, both alone and with the other men. Authorities say she gave drugs and alcohol to the girl. Since then, officials say the teen has undergone counseling, is living with other family members, and is doing quite well - in school.
