With members of the IOC u0026 IPC, as well as experts in a variety of fields in attendance, these students will give their final presentation in a hybrid venue that breaks down the barrier between the real and the virtual. SPORTS CHANGE MAKERS is an initiative that was launched in September 2019 and was continued even after the postponement of the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020. University students from China, the United States, Europe, and Japan were called to come up with “ideas that break down barriers in sports with technology.” Representative teams were chosen from their respective countries and regions to give a presentation in front of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), Paris 2024 Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Paris 2024). The proposed ideas will not only be presented; the goal is to have them adopted in future sports scene.
